COUNTRIX is an innovative appointment system designed to improve the effectiveness of
scheduling meetings between students and the finance department of Kolej Poly-Tech MARA
Bangi. COUNTRIX system's primary objective is to facilitate users' appointment scheduling
with the Finance Department. The main goal of the COUNTRIX system is to make it easier for
users to schedule appointments with the Finance Department. The system allows users to
schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments conveniently, improving accessibility and
reducing the hassle often associated with traditional scheduling methods. COUNTRIX
guarantees that the responsible staff member is available at the scheduled time. The system
helps avoid scheduling conflicts and guarantees that students can meet with the appropriate
staff when needed by displaying availability in real-time. Common issues with walk-ins include
the possibility of major delays for students if the counter is crowded and they can't estimate
how long they'll have to wait. A survey has been conducted among KPTM students and 89%
of participants said they would use an online booking system. Both UPTM and the KPTM Branch's finance department can be introduced to this new system. Overall, COUNTRIX will improve communication, increase efficiency, and foster better engagement,
ultimately contributing to a more organized and supportive business environment.
