The ROSE System is an innovative solution which is stands for recognizing, operating, and scanning equipments or machines. This system uses QR codes to simplify the recognition and operation of office or workshop equipment. By scanning the codes, users can access detailed information, including equipment identification and operation instructions based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in multiple languages (Malay, English, Mandarin, and Arabic). This project aims to enhance language proficiency, promote the adoption of digital technology, and reduce clutter caused by excessive information displayed on equipment. It addresses common issues such as difficulty in identifying equipment and time-consuming searches for relevant information. The project contributes to cost savings, supports environmental sustainability, and improves users’ understanding, interaction, and engagement with the equipment.
