HERCheck+ is an AI-personalised mobile health app designed to empower reproductive-aged women in Malaysia to assess health risks and prepare for safe pregnancy. Developed using Human-Centred Design and the Design Thinking Framework, the app features a validated PPC checklist, pregnancy intention assessments, risk feedback, and personalised reports. It also includes health logging, educational content, AI guidance and gamification elements. Currently in prototype development, HERCheck+ will undergo usability testing in 85 government clinics. As the first culturally tailored mHealth platform for pre-pregnancy care in Malaysia, it supports national maternal health goals and aligns with SDGs 3, 4, 10, and 17.
