This study explores using waste rubber and clam shell powders in concrete as partial replacements for fine aggregate and cement. Rubber is not biodegradable, however clam shell powder, which contains calcium carbonate, boost concrete strength. Mixes containing (1%,5%,10%,15%) rubber and (5%) clam shell were evaluated. Strength reduces as rubber rises due to poor bonding, however clam shell powder promotes compactness. ANOVA revealed statistically significant differences. MATLAB GUI was developed to efficiently predicted strength, hence reduce lab testing. The best combination is 1% rubber and 5% clam shell, results in 39.02 MPa compressive and 4.97 MPa flexural strength, enabling sustainable construction.
