The purpose of this project is to identify and address issues with the library's book borrowing and return procedures. The findings suggest that consumers typically struggle to check the availability of books, must communicate directly with library staff, and face delays due to manual methods and time constraints. The proposed solution tackles these difficulties by developing a digital system that allows users to monitor book availability in real time and make reservations in advance. This strategy is intended to improve library service efficiency while also reducing the time and hassle that users face while borrowing or returning books.
