AuditWhizz is a web-based application developed to enhance the reporting process for Quality Management System (QMS) performance in the context of internal audits. Previously, audit reporting was conducted conventionally using narratives and static graphics via Microsoft Excel, which lacked real-time access and was inefficient for continuous monitoring by stakeholders. This project adopts the Knowledge Management Framework as a strategic guide, comprising three key components: knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utilization. These components are operationalized through the integration of real audit data (2022–2024), Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to create an interactive and accessible reporting system. The usability of AuditWhizz was evaluated by 30 users through an online questionnaire. Findings indicated a high level of satisfaction, particularly regarding the system’s ability to manage audit data effectively and provide real-time, visual reporting access for decision-making.
