The research aims to investigate the potential of recycled low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and steel fibers in developing sustainable concrete. LDPE was incorporated at 0 to 15% (5% increments), and 2% steel fibre was employed to enhance the strength. At 15% reused LDPE content, compressive strength decreased to 29.77 MPa and flexural strength to 4.427 MPa. The best results were obtained with a 5% LDPE and 2% steel fibre mixture. Additionally, a MATLAB GUI was created for predicting concrete strength and optimizing mix design, eliminating the need for lab work, which aligns with Malaysia's eco-friendly infrastructure agenda.
